New York Cannabinoid Legal Status

CBG (Cannabigerol)

CBN (Cannabinol)

Legal when derived from hemp with less than 0.3% THC.

Delta-9 THC

Legal for adults 21+ under the MRTA, with possession limits of up to 3 ounces of cannabis flower or 24 grams of concentrate.

Delta-8 THC

Restricted. NY regulations prohibit the sale of hemp-derived Delta-8 THC products. Only available through licensed cannabis dispensaries.

Delta-10 THC

Restricted. Subject to the same regulations as Delta-8 THC in New York State.

HHC (Hexahydrocannabinol)
